Introduction
Most people spend a lot of time sitting on a chair. Wrong sitting habit can lead to problems of the spine and body. On an early age learning, a good sitting habit can prevent many problems.

Mission
The aim of the Sit up project was to investigate if children are able to improve their sitting habits by using inherent feed forward.

Action
An iterative process was applied which included literature research, user research, prototype development and user evaluation. The lessons learned and experience gained from the latest iteration would serve as input for the next iteration, leading to the development and evaluation of the Assento prototype.
