Introduction
Many elderly are at home and they feel lonely. Zuidzorg Extra and Vrienden van de Thuiszorg organize a range of activities for the elderly to socialize and participate. They want to reach as many elderly as possible and have them participate in activities.

The aim of this project was to develop a system that supports caregivers in providing the activities of Vrienden van de Thuiszorg and ZuidZorg Extra for the elderly as part of regular work of the caregivers.
